Customer Management (Level 1)
From 31 December 2022 onwards, cleaning businesses must ensure that all cleaners attain:
(i) one Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) module, AND
(ii) one Core module, Modules are selected from the list of modules endorsed by the TCC. This proposed singular module on Customer Management (Level 1) is one of the core modules.
What learners are able to do after training?
LO 1: Identify common types of trigger in service environment
LO 2: Apply good customer service and meeting customer expectation.
LO 3: Respond to organization’s service recovery
LO 4: Adhere to effective communication and problem-solving technique

- Eligible Singapore Citizens can use their SkillsFuture Credit to offset course fee payable after funding.
- Absentee Payroll Claimable: Up to 80% of hourly basic salary capped at $4.50/hour.
- Skills Future Enterprise Credit (SFEC) Grant: One-off $10,000 credit cover up 90% of out-of-pocket expenses.
Union Training Assistant Programme (UTAP)
- UTAP Claimable: NTUC member enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $500 per year.
