  1. The personal information collected on this form is for the use of course registration, account servicing of course-related activities, course survey and / or for application of course-related funding (only if applicable) to respective funding-related agencies / bodies / organizations. Information will also be further used as specified under Part A. Assure Safety is committed on maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information and undertakes not to reveal applicant’s information to any 3rd parties outside of Assure Safety and its affiliates and related bodies (other than the funding-related agencies and / or authorised data intermediaries) and programme partners without prior consent of the applicant.
  2. The total course fee amount including GST must be made payable to Assure Safety Pte Ltd upon registration, or at least 2 weeks before commencement of the programme.
  • For payment by cheque, it shall made payable to “Assure Safety Pte Ltd”.
  • By bank transfer – Development Bank of Singapore (DBS).

  1. Assure Safety shall not be liable for any loss/lack of communication if particulars provided on this form are incorrect and/or illegible.
  2. The Trainee must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of any relevant funding scheme approved by Assure Safety. In cases of government-funded courses, both companies and individuals must remit the full course fee to Assure Safety if the Trainee fails to meet specified requirements under the funding scheme. This includes instances where the Trainee has previously received funding for the same course and subsequently has their funding claim rejected by the funding agency for any reason. The Trainee will then be responsible for paying the outstanding course fee (i.e., the potential funding amount) to either Assure Safety or the relevant funding agency. Here are the key points:
  • Trainees for government-funded courses must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents to qualify for funding.
  • Attendance for funded courses must be digitally recorded via the Singpass App, whether in physical classrooms or synchronous e-learning sessions.
  • Trainees must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% as required by the course. Punctuality is essential, as latecomers will not be accommodated based on examination guidelines.
  • To be eligible for funding, trainee must complete and passed all examinations and assessments.
  1. Absent and Request of Deferment / Transfer / Replacement / Withdrawal of Course
  • For any trainee who is absent with valid reasons (e.g. medical reasons), make-up classes may be provided at Assure Safety’s sole discretion and subject to the availability of resources.
  • For deferment, transfer or withdrawal of a confirmed place in a course, a written request must be submitted and received by Assure Safety before commencement of the course.
  • For any replacement of a trainee attending a corporate courses, a written notice, together with the full particulars of the new participant, must be submitted and received by Assure Safety before the course commences.
  • For withdrawal of courses, a written notice must be submitted and received by Assure Safety 14 days before course commencement.
  • Applicant must confirm the course start date before registration. No refund if written notice of withdrawal is less than 5 days before course commencement date or on or after course commencement date.

  • Withdrawal or refund of courses/examination fees is not allowed. All request or refunds will be subject for approval and based on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Course Schedule, Class Size and Mode of Delivery
  • The course schedule selected is subject to confirmation. Assure Safety reserves the rights to withdraw or re-schedule the class without prior notice. The participant will be informed in writing and also entitle to a refund of the entire course fees already paid.
  • Assure Safety reserves the rights to determine the size of each class, and the rights to replace trainers for scheduled classes and ongoing classes.
  • Assure Safety reserves the right to determine the format of course materials (e.g., hard copy or electronic copy) to be provided. Any special requests for a particular format, a change of format, or a copy of the materials in an alternate format shall be submitted in writing. Such requests are subject to Assure Safety’s approval at its sole discretion.
  1. For All Courses:
  • Trainee is required to bring a copy of the payment receipt and NRIC when attending the courses.
  • For work permit and employment pass holders, trainee is to bring along a photocopy of passport as well as the work permit or employment pass.
  1. Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement survey (TRAQOM) by SSG:
  • SSG will conduct the post course evaluation surveys in the following manner.
  • The Quality Survey will be conducted after the course and date through an electronic survey. If the Quality Surveys are not attempted or completed via QR code on the last day of course, learners will receive an email or SMS (if email is not available) invitation with the link to access the survey.
  1. Assure Safety reserves the right to change the terms and conditions whenever reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this Agreement.
