Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act and other legislations;
  • Conduct routine systematic safety audit / inspections;
  • Organise training, talk, contest and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the persons employed on the site so as to establish a safe and healthy working environment;
  • Investigate into any accident or any disease which took place within the site/factory and recommend corrective action that needs to be taken to prevent recurrence;
  • Generating weekly safety reports for divisional heads and management etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels
  • Years of Experience: At least 1 year
  • Skill: Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health / Level B

Workplace Safety and Health Officer cum Environmental Control Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Act and other legislations;
  • Conduct routine systematic safety audit / inspections;
  • Advise on site management on Safety, Health & Environment;
  • Review and maintain site’s environmental, health and safety records;
  • Investigate into any accident or any disease which took place within the site/factory and recommend corrective action that needs to be taken to prevent recurrence;
  • Generating weekly safety reports for divisional heads and management;
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the corporate Safety Managers, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels
  • Years of Experience: At least 1 year
  • Skills:
    • Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health / Level C
    • MOM Singapore Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
    • Registered Environmental Control Officer

Fire Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with;
  • Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises;
  • Ensure at all times that the occupant load of any part of any building does not exceed the capacity prescribed under the Fire Code;
  • Conduct daily checks within the premises and remove any fire hazard that is found within the premises;
  • Conduct fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year;
  • Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises;
  • Organize campaigns, training courses, competitions, contests and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the occupants within the premises in establishing a fire safe environment; and
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the corporate Safety Managers, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education Level: ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels
  • Years of Experience: At least 1 year
  • Skill: Fire Safety Manager certificate from SCDF
